Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from your initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Landscape Proposal Pro, we stand behind the efficiency of our service. New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial purchase if the platform does not meet their business needs. After this period, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@lawnproposalpro.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your full name and a brief reason for the request to help us improve our service. Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Renewals

Monthly and annual subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future charges. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Policy Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. In the event of a technical disruption lasting more than 48 hours, pro-rated credits may be issued at the sole discretion of our management team.
