This is a web-based subscription software service for generating proposal documents. We do not guarantee any specific job outcomes or sales results. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all generated content before sending it to their clients.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using Landscape Proposal Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and our platform regarding your use of the proposal generation tools and associated business services.
2. Service Use for Landscape Contractors
Our SaaS product is specifically designed for lawn care and landscape professionals. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the necessary professional capacity to enter into job contracts via our generated proposals. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the accuracy of all contractor-entered data.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
Landscape Proposal Pro is a fee-based service. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis as selected during registration. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in immediate suspension of account features and proposal history access.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to subvert the security of the platform, using automated scrapers to extract data, or re-selling access to the generator. You agree not to distribute or upload any content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringing upon the intellectual property of others while using our proposal templates.
5. Intellectual Property
The underlying algorithms, database structures, and professional proposal designs are the intellectual property of Landscape Proposal Pro. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to generate and send proposals for your specific business. You do not acquire ownership of the source software or template designs.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including lost landscape project profits or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the generator. Our cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid over the last 12 months.
